I lead design and operations for the design systems team responsible for maintaining the brand foundations and web component library consumed by internal and external agency art directors, web developers, and marketing channel partners for the Schwab.com website.

I supported two product teams to design new features for an insurance tech platform. I collaborated with product owners to research and test Figma prototypes to inform our design decisions. I created a custom component library and Figma UI kit based on Material UI to help standardize and streamline design and development.

I partnered with in-house architects, project managers, and field technicians to gather qualitative data and test prototypes for our 3D printed construction applications. I created a shared component library and governed the design system in Figma and also contributed to design operations for the BuildOS team.

I worked cross functionally across multiple scrum teams alongside my Product Owners, UX Researchers, and Content Strategists to provide UX strategy and visual design for the Schwab Advisor Center web and mobile applications.

I was the sole UI Designer for the Digital Solutions Group interfacing remotely with product owners, architects, and engineers to clearly define requirements, gather feedback, and manage the design process for five internal SaaS applications.

I led clients through the design and implementation of branded eCommerce product ratings and social commerce website components.

I proactively created new processes, designed decks and documentation to train designers, developers, product marketers and sales teams across the company as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Curations social commerce product.

I was the sole designer at a social curation startup who led clients through the creative process of designing branded social media website components and animated live event screens using the FeedMagnet API, HTML5 and CSS3.

I also contributed UX design for the FeedMagnet product and designed sales and marketing collateral leading to the acquisition by Bazaarvoice.

I led clients through the design process to design and build them custom themed websites and email campaigns in Drupal, WordPress, and Mailchimp. I introduced responsive design and best practices for WordPress security and theming internally.

I partnered with the internal marketing team to redesign the brand guidelines and website after their merger with Public Strategies.

I designed, coded, and managed lead generation email campaigns for of clients using Eloqua and Marketo. I also assisted in optimizing the company Drupal marketing site for search as the Search Engine Marketer (SEM) on the internal marketing team.

I led Art Direction and Visual Design for Alienware and Dell's product launch and global marketing email campaigns.

I also contributed to numerous ad hoc marketing campaigns for Dell's Small Medium Business (SMB) vertical including email templates, interactive landing pages, coded animated banner ads.

I coded OScommerce website templates using XHTML, CSS, and PHP. I also served as a project manager who worked directly with clients to design their websites and implement SEO strategies.
